The years just tick by so quickly! Chris and RetroDad are too lazy to go back into the archives to see how many Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades we have reviewed so 7 sounds like a good number!
This year we found an incomplete copy of the 1980 Parade and missing from our copy was Gil Gerard and Todd Bridges but it Includes performances by the casts of the Broadway shows “Barnum,” “Brigadoon,” “The Pirates of Penzance” and “A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine” and by the Puerto Rican youth dance troupe Ballet Isleño.
The stars include Danielle Brisebois, Dean Butler, Erik Estrada, and so many other and of course, Ed McMahon as the town drunk
